CASA DDI Project Manager Job Description

CASA DDI, a boutique design and development firm specializing in high-end luxury real estate, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of real estate development projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design development process, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate architectural and engineering reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Oversee permitting processes, ensuring timely and efficient project progression.
  • Lead construction oversight, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely project completion.
  • Manage multiple project verticals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of project progress, contracts, and reports.
  • Work closely with the field teams, handling administrative tasks related to project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Graduate education preferred (MBA, MRED, or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with independent contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work both in the field and manage administrative tasks in an office setting.
