Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atlanta Divorce Law Group. As a key member of our intake team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Screen incoming leads and prospective new clients, ensuring that we meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage the intake process within our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Send out legal agreements and other necessary documents to prospective clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Schedule initial strategy sessions and open electronic files for new clients, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Perform conflict checks and prepare new client intake folders and gifts for consultations, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
  • Send out new client gifts and conduct regular check-in calls to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and calendaring platforms, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all client interactions are professional and error-free.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is an asset, but not required.
