As a member of our AI Services and Platforms team, you will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand their technical and business problems and integrate AI services into new products or existing systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and efficient architectures for AI-enabled software solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Create high-level and detailed design plans for AI and ML production solutions, including selecting the appropriate AI algorithms, data sources, infrastructure, and technologies that align with the organization's goals and constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI and ML, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure that AI solutions meet business needs and are aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in an IT discipline, including experience in software architecture, system design, and solution development.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML or software solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Experience integrating workstreams to achieve results across Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, and security and privacy.
  • Experience or knowledge in building applications that leverage LLMs as a service, like Vertex AI LLM APIs (PaLM, Gemini), Azure OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock.
  • Ability to stay abreast of the latest research in the field and identify new opportunities for innovation, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to the development of novel applications of Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain, llamaindex, vector databases for developing RAG-based applications.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and collaborate to apply AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including experience design, change management, and process reengineering.
  • Ability to address complex software architecture challenges, including the evaluation of technologies, architectural patterns, architectural modeling, architectural views, component specification, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain AI solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud Service Provider Solution Architect Certification, including AWS Solution Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification or GCP Solutions Architect Expert Certification.

Work Environment

This role requires travel and may involve working with confidential customer information.
