Cybersecurity Specialist

Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the upcoming LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY (LEIA) in Honolulu, HI.

As part of a highly talented, motivated, team, you will support a fast-paced program delivering a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and its AORs.

The ISSO will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations of the LEIA information systems, including:

• Ensuring the day-to-day implementation, oversight, continuous monitoring, and maintenance of the security configuration, practices, and procedures for each IS
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Risk Management Framework and Assessment and Authorization processes and related policies
• Familiarity with cloud computing and related security concepts
• Working knowledge of digital communications and related IT communications technologies
• Direct experience with patch management, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability scanning/remediation activities
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
