As a Brand Manager at Monster Energy, you will be responsible for spearheading marketing platforms and programs, including consumer, customer, and bottler-facing activities.

Key responsibilities include tracking and maintaining monthly performance reports, monitoring marketing trends, and keeping a close eye on competitors in the marketplace.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and implement the brand marketing plan from strategy to analysis, informed by data and insights.
  • Lead and manage the brand marketing team, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability, responsible for monthly brand performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the insights team to leverage research and insights, working with category management, consumer insights, strategy, commercialization, and the sales team to develop compelling brand selling stories.
  • Develop and manage project workflows for brand marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across digital marketing channels.
  • Develop innovative strategies for consumer loyalty programs and recruiting new consumers, ensuring all projects and programs meet budget parameters.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.
  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, with a preference for experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, and Nielsen.
