Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bicycle Sales Representative to join our team at Trek Bicycle. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave.
  • Work closely with our Service and Production Technicians to ensure that all customer bikes are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about store promotions, sales targets, and customer feedback.

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a desire to deliver exceptional service.
  • A strong passion for cycling and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
