- Maintain thorough documentation of all recruitment activities and generate reports as necessary.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System and work closely with the HRIS team.
- Build and sustain a network of contacts to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies; explore new technologies and platforms.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Understand the legal considerations involved in interviewing and hiring processes.
- Complete any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience required (preferably in retail).
- Ability to function effectively in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated sound judgment.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication with all team members.
- Proficient in operating necessary equipment for the role.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments on time.
