Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit suitable candidates for Field Leadership roles to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, qualification assessment, reporting, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Draft job advertisements, assess resumes for alignment with required skills and experience, and conduct preliminary interviews through various channels.
  • Collaborate with Store District Team Leaders to design and implement recruitment strategies for new store openings, including organizing hiring events.
  • Post job openings and track all recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize appropriate advertising and recruitment channels to attract candidates.
  • Prepare hiring proposals and offer letters for field positions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all recruitment activities and generate reports as necessary.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System and work closely with the HRIS team.
  • Build and sustain a network of contacts to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies; explore new technologies and platforms.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Understand the legal considerations involved in interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Complete any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience required (preferably in retail).
  • Ability to function effectively in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication with all team members.
  • Proficient in operating necessary equipment for the role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments on time.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to various locations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone for extended durations.
