Job Overview - Bodily Injury Claims Specialist

As a dedicated bodily injury claims specialist, you will take charge of comprehensive coverage and liability assessments while effectively managing both physical damage and non-attorney represented bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate coverage options to ascertain the extent of liability.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and investigations to gather essential details regarding individuals affected by accidents.
  • Negotiate and settle claims for unrepresented bodily injury cases.
  • Calculate and authorize benefit payments within established financial limits.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least one year in claims management.
  • Alternatively, an Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience, including one year in claims management.
  • Or, a Bachelor's degree with one year of claims management experience.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in auto and/or commercial insurance is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $67,725 - $68,300.
  • Gainshare bonus potential of up to 16% based on company performance.
