Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Assist in strategizing, executing, and measuring complex marketing campaigns across diverse media channels, including but not limited to, paid search, display, streaming/OTT, podcasts, and affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with multiple external teams to coordinate and traffic varied campaign deliverables.
  • Marketing Workflow Management: Assist in building and maintaining internal calendars and processes to support and orchestrate marketing efforts across channels.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with external agencies and vendor partners to ensure campaigns are executed correctly, launch on time, and are measured effectively.
  • Marketing Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to identify compelling marketing tactics and styles relevant to our industry. Propose new strategic approaches and concepts that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns across various analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agency partners to develop and execute strategic marketing goals that meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with campaign management across multiple channels, including paid search, display, streaming/OTT, podcasts, and affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and derive insights for improvement.
