About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to become a vital part of our esteemed practice, which has been serving the community for over three decades. Our facility is recognized for its excellence in neonatal care and is equipped with a state-of-the-art Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

Facility Highlights:
Our hospital is proud to be the only institution in the area with the Baby-Friendly Hospital designation, leading the region in the delivery of newborns. With 19 labor and delivery rooms, we focus on providing exceptional, patient-centered care to newborns and their families.

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a Level-III facility, featuring 34 beds and an average daily census of 25, handling approximately 4,000 deliveries annually. We are equipped to manage high-risk pregnancies and critically ill infants, serving a broad 17-county region.

Collaborative Environment:
Our multi-disciplinary team includes neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists, all committed to delivering family-centered healthcare. We are supported by a variety of specialists, including pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics.

Work Schedule:
Our schedule offers every other week off, with the convenience of on-call duties from home.
