We are in search of a certified and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our well-established practice. Our facility is recognized for its commitment to excellence in neonatal care.
- Our institution proudly holds the Baby-Friendly Hospital designation, leading the region in delivering a significant percentage of newborns.
- With an average daily census of 25 and thousands of annual deliveries, we are equipped to manage high-risk pregnancies and critically ill infants.
- We serve a broad geographical area, receiving transfers from various regional healthcare facilities.
- Our practice collaborates with multiple residency programs.
- We are a multi-disciplinary team that includes neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists, all dedicated to providing family-centered, high-quality healthcare.
Supported by a range of specialists, including:
pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric radiology, pediatric neurology, and pediatric orthopedics.
- We foster a friendly and professional environment with exceptional nursing staff and ancillary services, including a dedicated PICC team and IV therapy specialists.
- NNP shifts available in both 8-hour and 24-hour formats.
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- A minimum of a master's degree in nursing.
- Florida state license is mandatory.
- Certified NNPs with recent clinical experience are essential.
