We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Austin. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll own the customer journey from awareness through conversion, crafting and executing high-performing campaigns that drive MQLs in our sales team.

Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager at The Scalable Company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue. You'll work closely with our sales team to nurture leads and refine processes to deliver qualified opportunities.

Your day-to-day tasks will include designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns, planning and managing a 90-day marketing calendar, and managing a paid media budget of ~$100k/month across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube. You'll also collaborate with our Rev Ops Manager to validate key metrics and report findings weekly to our President.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of delivering results in performance marketing roles, mastering paid ads, email marketing, and data analysis.
  • Strong execution skills, with a focus on getting things done.
  • Natural leadership skills, with experience building or managing marketing teams.
  • Courageous innovation skills, with a willingness to speak up and learn from mistakes.
  • Tech-savviness, with fluency in HubSpot and WordPress and experience with tools like Elementor, HighLevel, or Excel.
  • Collaborative partner skills, with experience working with sales, Rev Ops, and shared resources to hit ambitious goals.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, you can expect to see steady weekly influxes of qualified leads and MQLs, improved lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-deal-won conversion rates, cost-effective CPL, healthy ROAS, increasing LVR, and a happy sales team.

Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $110k-$130k per year, plus performance-based bonuses up to $140k-$160k. You'll also enjoy hybrid flexibility, spending 2-3 days per week at our Austin HQ and working remotely the rest of the time. Fully remote candidates must travel to Austin quarterly for a week of in-person collaboration.
