Key Responsibilities
  • Understand, interpret, and administer project finance agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Analyze and review data, aggregate and provide reports and information to third parties per contractual requirements
  • Proactive cash flow management to ensure appropriate funding for operating expenses, debt service, and distributions
  • Support future potential project debt origination (e.g. data collection/analysis, contract review, model review)
  • Coordinate project-level cash management with internal departments including Asset Management, Treasury, Accounting, and Legal, amongst others
Data Management

Project debt data uploaded and maintained in internal systems

Continuous Process Improvement

Other ad hoc duties as assigned (i.e. special projects, analytical support)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related fields, required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Debt Finance experience required and a minimum of 8 years of overall professional work experience, in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility
  • Experience in banking, project finance, or treasury, a plus
  • Adept at analyzing financial statements
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills and ability to accurately synthesize data
  • Continuous process improvement mindset
