Key Responsibilities- Greet and Serve Residents and Guests: Greet residents and guests as they arrive in the dining room, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Record food and beverage orders, input into the POS system, and complete bussing, runner, meal plater, utility, and catering duties as needed or assigned.
- Dining Room Maintenance: Set up, clear, and clean the dining room, ensuring tables are clean and disinfected as appropriate.
- Customer Service: Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
- Safety and Security: Take note of safety concerns and needed repairs and report to the supervisor.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA privacy rules and company policies.
- Experience: Fast food or restaurant experience preferred; experience working with seniors preferred.
- Certifications: Food Handler's or ServSafe certification preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with residents.
- Availability: Available on holidays, evenings, and weekends.
