Dishware Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Eddie V's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant, including the dishwashing area, restrooms, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant.

Maintain sparkling clean restrooms and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
