Job Description
The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue and profitability in their assigned region. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service.
- Conducting market research and lead development to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create a consistent brand message and image.
- Preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of combined sales experience, preferably in the coal preparation and aggregate industries.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
