Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to join our team at Princeton Community Hospital. As a key member of our anesthesia program, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of physicians and CRNAs. Our hospital is a fully accredited 203-bed acute care medical center serving a 10-county region.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our chief medical officer to develop and implement strategies that promote exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our anesthesia program, including developing new initiatives and partnerships that benefit our patients and community.
The salary range for this position is $575,000 - $610,120 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid medical malpractice insurance, tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
