Job Summary:

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator - Freight Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transportation of goods. This position involves leading a crew in loading shipments onto and off of company trucks, maintaining accurate inventory, and inspecting shipments for proper packing.

Responsibilities:

  • Transportation Management: Transport goods using company trucks to designated locations, adhering to schedules and routes.
  • Loading and Unloading: Lead the crew in loading shipments onto and/or off of trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of shipments prior to loading to ensure they are properly packed or wrapped.
  • Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory of shipments to prevent loss or misplacement.
  • Assistance: Provide support to the team as needed, including loading trucks and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to fill this role. A strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
