Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at Shive-Hattery Group, Inc. in Tacoma, WA.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the Project Manager and project teams in delivering projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Assist with filing and tracking of contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project requirements
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the project team
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in providing administrative services, preferably in A/E or adjacent field
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office software family and Newforma, BSD Speclink, and Deltek Vantagepoint software is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
