Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at Shive-Hattery Group, Inc. in Tacoma, WA.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the Project Manager and project teams in delivering projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Assist with filing and tracking of contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project requirements
- Perform various administrative duties to support the project team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in providing administrative services, preferably in A/E or adjacent field
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office software family and Newforma, BSD Speclink, and Deltek Vantagepoint software is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
