Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while achieving renewal and expansion goals across North America and Europe.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients from onboarding through to engagement, success reviews, and renewals.
- Segment customer engagement based on varying levels of interaction: high touch, low touch, and strategic.
- Proactively recognize clients at risk of churn and implement strategies to retain them.
- Support clients in launching marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Ensure clients derive value from our platform, understanding their challenges and the key performance indicators they aim to achieve.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in a startup setting is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset; each CSM manages their portfolio as if it were their own business.
- Familiarity with the music or events sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Located in East Coast Canada.
