Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while achieving renewal and expansion goals across North America and Europe.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients from onboarding through to engagement, success reviews, and renewals.
  • Segment customer engagement based on varying levels of interaction: high touch, low touch, and strategic.
  • Proactively recognize clients at risk of churn and implement strategies to retain them.
  • Support clients in launching marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure clients derive value from our platform, understanding their challenges and the key performance indicators they aim to achieve.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a startup setting is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset; each CSM manages their portfolio as if it were their own business.
  • Familiarity with the music or events sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Located in East Coast Canada.
