Key Responsibilities of the Nutritional Services Aide include:
- Assisting in the preparation of meals.
- Serving food to patients, visitors, and staff members.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen.
- Helping to organize and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Supporting other tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager.
Qualifications for the Nutritional Services Aide position:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current Food Handler's certification is necessary.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum of one year of experience in commercial food service, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Consistently demonstrates a professional attitude towards service excellence.
- Able to work a schedule that includes rotating weekends.
