Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
    • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
    • Ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
