Customer Service Representative Job Description

Dal-Tile is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving product or service issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
  • Focus on customer account management preferred.
