Job Title: Program Business Manager

Join Scaled Composites, a leading aerospace company, as a Program Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the business aspects of our programs, ensuring successful project delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement earned value reporting processes to meet program requirements
  • Collaborate with the Project Engineer and shop lead to generate and maintain schedules, adjust budgets and schedules as needed
  • Support the Project Engineer in monitoring and negotiating engineering and shop staffing
  • Provide health visibility reports to stakeholders
  • Verify technical requirements of contracts and discuss with management as needed
  • Advise and assist Program Business Analysts as required
  • Manage resources for project-related activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 years relevant experience or master's degree and 4 years relevant experience
  • Ability to develop and analyze data, and present findings to customers and management
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to implement sound critical thinking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Proven success in leading and managing large, complex programs
Preferred Skills:
  • Current active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to be cleared to SAP/SAR levels
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
