Here’s what you should consider:

  • Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Hours are part-time and will vary according to business needs.
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required or must be in progress.
  • Preferred experience includes three to six months in a retail setting.
  • Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication are essential.
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
  • Regular duties involve talking or hearing, standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, and lifting may be required.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally is necessary.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Employees have the opportunity to earn monthly and quarterly incentives.
  • Flexible time off is accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. Part-time employees receive premium pay for working on designated retail holidays.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.46, with actual salary determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
