Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to address inquiries and deliver accurate information about mortgage products.
- Assist in navigating the complexities of HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.
- Maintain compliance with background and credit checks, including drug screening.
This position is available for remote candidates in select states. It is governed by the Service Contract Act (SCA), ensuring adherence to minimum wage standards and Health and Welfare benefits. Compensation typically ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, varying by location, with eligibility for paid time off and holidays.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in FHA loan origination (as a loan processor, underwriter, or loan officer) plus one year of customer service experience, or three years of experience with conventional or government-backed loans.
- Completion of two to four years of college or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, and capable of using Customer Relationship Management software.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and type at least 35 words per minute.
- Willingness to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, within specified business hours.

- Experience in mortgage origination.
