Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the condition of machinery owned by customers and dealers. Execute repairs on hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems to restore equipment functionality.
  • Maintain constructive and effective communication with customers, coworkers, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Document repair orders and time records accurately.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training sessions.
  • Follow safety protocols established by the company and industry standards.
  • Be prepared for occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in repairing heavy construction machinery, including attachments, crushing, screening, paving, and compaction equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, electrical systems, and structural repairs, including welding.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills for electronic diagnostics and company systems.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
  • Possession of a complete set of tools necessary for repairs.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Positive references from previous employers and colleagues.
