Marketing Project Manager

Berkadia's investment sales platform offers a unique opportunity to work on a highly collaborative team where partnership drives performance. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be instrumental in providing excellent support for our advisors as they conduct their daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities for our Investment Advisors, including proposals, listings, and marketing of those listings, escrow closings, and all related processes.
  • Conceive, develop, and produce persuasive copy for offering memorandums, pitch presentations, and other marketing materials for multifamily real estate opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials using various graphic design software programs.
  • Research and analyze data on real estate market fundamentals to develop a compelling investment narrative and provide insights that support the investment thesis.
  • Coordinate the launch of all listings for assigned advisors and provide support as needed through close of escrow.
  • Coordinate and streamline the flow of projects, information, and documents, creating a collaborative environment with the advisor and accountability between all parties involved.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding time management skills, ability to organize, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft products (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe products (including InDesign and Photoshop) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • One to three years prior experience in a similar position.
