Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Lakeville, Minnesota

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The Business Development Associate will work closely with our Business Development Managers to support prospecting, tele-sales, appointment setting, and other sales-related tasks. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Development Managers with prospecting and lead generation
  • Prepare presentations and materials for sales calls
  • Utilize CRM to log activities and track leads
  • Work cohesively with outside sales reps to complete requests in a timely manner
  • Make outbound calls for initial outreach, follow-up, and customer service
