The Sales Route Representative is a full-time role dedicated to the delivery, promotion, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, which includes popular brands such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. This position involves visiting various retail locations, including convenience stores, discount retailers, and major supermarkets.
Work Schedule:
Expect a commitment of 50 hours per week, with variable days off that may change weekly. Start times will range from 4 AM to 6 AM, and availability on weekends and holidays is essential. You will cover routes in the absence of other Route Sales Representatives due to illness or vacation.
Compensation:
A retention bonus of $2,000 will be provided over 18 months, distributed in four installments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Frito-Lay vehicle to transport products to designated stores.
- Independently unload deliveries and arrange merchandise effectively.
- Collaborate with store management to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records and manage orders throughout the day.

- Comprehensive training lasting four to six weeks, focusing on driving and sales techniques.
- Opportunities to run routes for team members, gaining exposure to various retail environments and customers.
- Responsibilities to boost sales through relationship building, display promotions, and national sales initiatives.
- A consistent route with a predictable schedule over time.
- A dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging work atmosphere.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Successful completion of a Department of Transportation physical and certification is required.
