We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our critical care team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and make a meaningful contribution to patient care.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned RN - Critical Care Float to work night shifts with 12-hour rotations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Stay current on best practices and research through ongoing education and training
  • 1 year of Nursing experience in a Critical Care environment
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
