Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team in Seattle, Washington.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.

  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs
  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and conducting occasional tele-health visits.

  1. Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  2. Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
  3. Perform in-office procedures as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and outcomes
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Primary Care as an Advanced Practitioner
  • A national certification in Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • A valid WA Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Excellent assessment, clinical, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Desired Skills

Prior experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is highly desirable.
