  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
  • Update Project Schedules and 3-week lookaheads.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Associate-level technical degree in HVAC/Plumbing preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and controls construction and implementation.
  • Proficient in construction safety, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated leadership in field construction activities.
  • OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
