As we strive to make a positive impact on the world, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Direct and coordinate the work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle, from development and initiation to close-out.
  • Project Management: Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain client relationships with ODOT, Counties, Cities, and other agencies throughout the State of Ohio.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiar with highway design standards from ODOT and other agencies.
  • Collaboration: Involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings, as well as conducting work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Financial Management: Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-to budget and schedule.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC procedures and perform QC reviews on highway/roadway projects.
  • Leadership Development: Supervise large project staffs and act as a mentor for less-experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Production staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • PMP Certification: PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Local Candidates: Preference is given to local candidates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, with experience in Access being a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
