KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main duty in this position will be to connect communities with the life-enhancing treatment options offered by Serenity. This role involves engaging in sensitive discussions, requiring skills in active listening, empathy, and maintaining a positive demeanor.

Additionally, you will serve as a liaison for established patients, assisting them with their care needs, which may include:

  • Documenting information in electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling
  • Requesting medication refills

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (such as retail, hospitality, food service, or contact centers)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency
  • Familiarity with computer-based information systems

Our operational hours are from 6 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, and 7 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays, with flexible shift options available.
