Job Summary:The Infusion Therapy Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the infusion referral process, including obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, and benefit investigation. You will also serve as a liaison with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate the status of their patients. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating referral process and status to patients in a customer-centric way.

- Communicate referral process and status to patients in a customer-centric way
- Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest infusion therapy techniques and best practices
- Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Healthcare experience, preferably in a medical office or infusion center setting
- Insurance prior authorization experience
- Medical terminology experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new apps and technology
- Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
