Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve employee and labor relations issues.
  • Lead and mentor others to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Facilitate workplace investigations and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on team management and development.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
