  • Oversee, coach, and foster the growth of direct reports, while providing guidance and support to ensure tasks align with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated issues during or after implementation, while troubleshooting and recommending solutions to proposed challenges.
  • Report on the progress and performance of initiatives to the senior team and other stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
