- Inspect vehicles, refer to service history, and accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
- Recommend services and parts, clearly communicating with customers to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Provide accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and update customers on the status of their services.
- Follow proper procedures when cashing out customer tickets, including reviewing the completed multi-point inspection and explaining applicable warranties.
- Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
- Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire date.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
