Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Executive to spearhead the expansion of our services in the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships, leveraging existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with leading commercial real estate owners and operators
  • Source and close new business opportunities, leveraging various channels such as calls, emails, industry events, and in-person visits
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, tailoring package recommendations to client requirements
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while growing a sales pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate tech, climate-tech, EV charging, or mobility industries
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment, demonstrating independence and initiative
  • Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work without supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven record of negotiating and closing deals effectively
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the company's success
