Job Title: Vice President, Market Operations- North Carolina

At ConcertoCare, we're redefining care and aging for millions of US seniors and other adults with complex care needs. We're seeking a seasoned operations leader to join our team as Vice President, Market Operations- North Carolina.

Job Summary

The Vice President, Market Operations- North Carolina will be responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team across multiple, geographically distributed hubs. This role will require direct management of 4-6 direct reports and leadership to a team of at scale. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience leading care delivery organizations, health systems, or provider groups, with experience in value-based care, home health, or multi-site operations a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team to exceed patient engagement targets, clinical metrics, and other contractual obligations in partnership with a Market Medical Director.
  • Ensure successful expansions of the market in partnership with the business development and implementation teams.
  • Lead growth and profitability activities in the market.
  • Manage relationships with local health plan partners and provider organizations.
  • Align strategic vision for the market with the organization's annual goals and articulate vision to staff to drive the attainment of those goals.
  • Maintain and build upon ConcertoCare's culture for a rapidly scaling team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience leading care delivery organizations, health systems, or provider groups; experience in value-based care, home health, or multi-site operations a plus.
  • Previous experience driving and growing P&L of at least $20M; >$40M a plus.
  • Start-Up, market entry, and/or implementation experience a plus.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or health-related field (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
  • Candidate must reside within 45 miles of one of our existing office locations: Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Raleigh, Fayetteville.
  • Up to 50% travel required within the market.
  • Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner to locations that may have limited access to public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.
Compensation

Base Salary/ Wage Range $170,000 to $185,000 plus annual bonus and stock options. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
