3. Ensure clients maximize their investment in CoStar Real Estate Manager by monitoring usage and identifying new opportunities for engagement.
4. Conduct strategic discussions and business reviews to communicate the value and ROI of our solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
5. Analyze customer usage trends to tailor adoption and growth strategies that align with their business objectives.
6. Provide insights on industry trends and product enhancements to address customer needs effectively.
7. Identify potential risks to customer success and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate these risks.
8. Participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with executives.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on facilitating productive meetings.
- Familiarity with business processes across various functions including Sales, Marketing, and Support.
- Understanding of CoStar Real Estate Manager products and capabilities.

Preferred Skills
- Certification in Customer Success Management or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict and foster collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive in dynamic situations.
