Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a nursing strategy that aligns with our hospital's mission, vision, and values.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
  • Effectively manage five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Valid license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Utah.
  • BS in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; MSN or related advanced nursing degree strongly preferred.
  • Three or more years of management experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
