**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Telehealth Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to students in elementary and middle schools across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students in elementary and middle schools
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop strategies for support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work
  • Active license in the state of Minnesota and current residing state (if applicable)
  • 2 years of school experience (preferred)
  • Professional liability insurance
