EverDriven Technologies LLC is a rapidly growing, tech-enabled transportation management company, serving vulnerable children in our community. Job Summary: The Senior Account Manager will focus on implementing and deploying new business while nurturing relationships to retain existing business. This role requires maintaining equipment levels, identifying and engaging Service Providers, explaining client requirements, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase service productivity.
  • Manage and oversee daily service of accounts, including vetting and credentialing service providers.
  • Identify and escalate potential daily challenges or service deficiencies to management.
  • Ensure compliance with the Operational Reference Guide (ORG) under the direction of the Area Manager, District Director, and/or Sr. Management.
  • Maintain strong customer service skills and professional communication with service providers, parents, and on-site school personnel.
  • Serve as a liaison between department/program heads/district executives and Area Manager.
  • Train and mentor Account Managers, overseeing their daily activities and work performance.
  • Use industry skills and abilities to support innovative transportation services.
  • Develop and maintain open communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Cooperate with EverDriven departments to establish and maintain documentation regarding provider information, operations, and maintenance and safety inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Personal and reliable vehicle for weekly field visits within assigned territory.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
  • Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve problems.
  • Strong familiarity and comfort level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment.
  • Travel as required.
