About the Role

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Digital Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Order to Cash (O2C) to join the Digital organization in Billerica, MA; Alpharetta, GA; or Riga, Latvia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Strategy in Global Business Services O2C area, covering data management, order acceptance, transport booking, credit management, invoicing, and customer payments.
  • Partner with the O2C Global Process Owner and Delivery Center Operations teams to integrate O2C and Digital as strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with regional digital partners, enterprise architects, project managers, business analysts, and data teams to align projects with business needs and technology.
  • Manage a portfolio of digital services, develop a strategic roadmap, prioritize projects, align technology with business needs, and assist in the development of Digital strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with technical related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience facilitating the development and implementation of digital business initiatives and projects based on GBS Order to Cash (O2C) organizational objectives.
  • Experience across one or more of the following ERP Systems (JD Edwards, SAP, or other ERP system).
  • Strong understanding of information technology and prior experience understanding needs and making recommendations to deliver technology solutions that create business value.
