We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Consultant to join our team at Zenith Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue cycle optimization, Epic certification, and a strong background in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality.
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic.
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site.
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement.
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end-user training.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Epic PB certification(s)
  • RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified
  • Revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training
  • Clearinghouse

Preferred/Not Required:

  • Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, RHC revenue cycle experience
  • Mississippi healthcare experience
