Guest Services Representative

Overview
Kimpton Sawyer Hotel seeks a dedicated Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless registration and check-out processes, and maintaining a professional atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary
- Managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and completing administrative tasks
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in a similar position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to changing situations, and proficiency in operating Point-of-Sale systems and software.
Compensation
This role comes with an estimated salary range of $19-$20 per hour, based on location and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and hotel room and parking discounts to eligible employees.
