Overview

Kimpton Sawyer Hotel seeks a dedicated Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless registration and check-out processes, and maintaining a professional atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary
  2. Managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and completing administrative tasks
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in a similar position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to changing situations, and proficiency in operating Point-of-Sale systems and software.

Compensation

This role comes with an estimated salary range of $19-$20 per hour, based on location and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and hotel room and parking discounts to eligible employees.
