About the Role:
As the CIT Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of aspiring counselors at Camp Ton A Wandah. Your leadership will be essential in fostering an environment where young individuals can develop their skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the Counselor in Training (CIT) initiative, ensuring participants receive the guidance needed to excel.
- Facilitate daily leadership sessions and organize unique events tailored for CITs.
- Work closely with the Program Director to enhance program offerings and manage scheduling effectively.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with the camp management team during meetings and planning sessions.
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age or possess a minimum of three years of counseling experience.
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid Driver's License.
Compensation: Weekly earnings range from $300 to $500, with accommodations and meals provided.
Seasonal Benefits: This position is available for the summer season.
Incentives:
- Potential recruiting bonus of up to $175 for full summer commitment.
- Eligibility for a merit bonus of up to $1000 based on performance.
