Job Summary

Wise Snacks is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and implementing operational excellence in production projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet company targets and reduce delivery delays.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department to identify and resolve quality concerns, and implement quality controls and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of packaging and raw materials, and ensure that production programs meet targets to stay within budget.
  • Line Balance Analysis: Create a line balance analysis to determine the optimum resources needed for efficient operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Schedule maintenance and repair of machines used in the production process to avoid downtime or delays.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or industrial technology.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in food production and manufacturing processes and techniques, health and safety standards and compliance, process improvement techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient with computerized materials control programs, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
